Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the fact that all our ID tags are personalised we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.
Collars and leads can be returned free of charge within 30 days of the item being received. Items must be in brand new and unused condition. Please get in touch with us to process a return and we will send you a return label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If an Item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival we will issue you a full refund or replace the item free of charge. Please contact us at hello@truffleandpaw.com to request a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
